<section id="H66A84E715D004677B8446635F80BA4F5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Domestic Uranium Saves America Act</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>Domestic USA Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section> <section id="H4162AAFB467B4EE1806DE3CF14591FE4"><enum>2.</enum><header>Uranium critical mineral status</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding the exclusion of fuel minerals from the definition of the term <term>critical mineral</term> under any Federal law, regulation, or Executive order, uranium—</text> 
<paragraph id="HF12C3B9B1C1945B58BF002637A3F138C"><enum>(1)</enum><text>is deemed to be included on the 2022 final list of critical minerals in the notice entitled <quote>2022 Final List of Critical Minerals</quote> published by the United States Geological Survey (87 Fed. Reg. 10381; February 24, 2022), and shall be treated as if included on that list at the time of publication; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H12C923F8D1B9419EB1BA24A1D89BF95C"><enum>(2)</enum><text>shall be included on each subsequent list of critical minerals published pursuant to section 7002 of the Energy Act of 2020 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/30/1606">30 U.S.C. 1606</external-xref>).</text></paragraph></section>
