Short title

This Act may be cited as the Extending America’s Spectrum Auction Leadership Act of 2022.

Extension of FCC auction authority

Section 309(j)(11) of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 309(j)(11)) is amended by striking September 30, 2022 and inserting March 31, 2024.
