Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Unleashing American Resources Act''. SEC. 2. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT FOR THE RESOLUTION COPPER PROJECT AND LAND EXCHANGE. (a) In General.--Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this section, the Secretary of Agriculture shall reissue the final environmental impact statement for the Resolution Copper Project and Land Exchange, which was withdrawn March 5, 2021 (86 Fed. Reg. 12943). (b) Limitation.--The Secretary of Agriculture may not withdraw the final environmental impact statement reissued under subsection (a). (c) Compliance With NEPA.--The final environmental impact statement reissued under subsection (a) shall be considered to meet the requirements relating to detailed statements under section 102(2)(C) of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (42 U.S.C. 4332(2)(C)) for the Resolution Copper Project and Land Exchange. <all>
