Amounts made available to the National Archives and Records Administration

Amounts made available to the National Archives and Records Administration for personnel records processing for fiscal year 2023, and each fiscal year thereafter, shall be reduced to the amount available for obligation or expenditure on March 20, 2020, for that purpose, unless the Administration processes and resolves before October 1, 2022, the personnel records backlog of 600,000 requests.
