R. 7571</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20220425">April 25, 2022</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="S000522">Mr. Smith of New Jersey</sponsor> introduced the following bill; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HSM00">Committee on Small Business</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To direct the Administer of the Small Business Administration to consider certain applications under certain EIDL COVID–19 relief programs, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body id="HBC30BF59EA6D4BFFA3FF8276642A2995" style="OLC"><section id="HCFC685799F7E40F4A2410E1D308E65BA" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Consideration of certain applications under certain EIDL COVID–19 relief programs</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Administrator of the Small Business Administration shall consider applications submitted but not reviewed during the covered period under section 331 of the Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/9009b">15 U.S.C. 9009b</external-xref>) or section 1110(e) of the CARES Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/9009">15 U.S.C. 9009</external-xref>) for receipt of assistance under the applicable section, until the earlier of the date on which—</text><paragraph id="H79B40B65852144C89D5A18FDC921FA99"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">funds appropriated under the applicable section are expended; or</text></paragraph><paragraph id="HF8342724A2B44BA5BA31C0A23687C43D"><enum>(2)</enum><text>all eligible applicants have received such assistance.</text></paragraph></section></legis-body></bill>
