Prohibition relating to Office for Environmental Justice and any other program, project, or activity relating to climate change of the Department of Justice

The Attorney General may not obligate or expend any funds— (1)to operate the Office for Environmental Justice of the Department of Justice; (2)to establish or maintain a program to train individuals relating to climate change; or (3)for any program, project, or activity relating to climate change.
