Short title

This Act may be cited as the Veteran Service Equity Act.

Full-time job with veterans service organization

Section 455(m)(3)(B) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1087e(m)(3)(B)) is amended— (1)in clause (i), by striking or at the end; (2)in clause (ii), by striking the period and inserting ; or; and (3)by adding at the end the following: (iii)a full-time job with any organization recognized by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs for the representation of veterans under section 5902 of title 38, United States Code..
