Primary airport designation

Section 4711(c)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:(K)

Public airports with military use

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a public airport in use by an air reserve station shall be considered a primary airport for purposes of this chapter..
