Short title

This Act may be cited as the Confiscating Corrupt Criminal Proceeds (CCCP) Act of 2022.

Use of certain forfeited assets

Section 981(e) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—(1)in paragraph (6), by striking or at the end;(2)in paragraph (7), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or; and(3)by adding at the end the following: (8)in the case of any property owned by a Russian or Belarusian national, to the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development, to be made available to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of Ukraine..
