<section id="HE3429FC9AF654FEDA2C4262F6BC1CF23" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Exception for transportation of crude oil, petroleum, petroleum products, and liquified natural gas between Hawaii and other ports in the United States</header> 
<subsection id="HEECB32ADE098448181267571525B38A1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/46/551">Chapter 551</external-xref> of title 46, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: </text> <quoted-block style="USC" id="H66A93BF376F345158BA719E43592E449" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <section id="H299FA646E6334054B76C9055EEB59CBB"><enum>55124.</enum><header>Exception for transportation of crude oil, petroleum, petroleum products, and liquified natural gas between Hawaii and other ports in the United States.</header> <subsection id="H5C51290C70064C16AA0D8B15F97EF154"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a vessel may transport crude oil, petroleum, petroleum products, and liquified natural gas between a port in Hawaii and another port in the United States.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H5ACBDA58D9444E92A3FD8A7E3E7CD1E3"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Applicability</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection (a) shall apply for the duration of any period in which there exists a ban on the transportation of crude oil, petroleum, petroleum products, and liquified natural gas from the Russian Federation.</text></subsection> <subsection id="H42846A0B9E0E4E7BADD4CB993AB01B38"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Certain vessels excluded</header><text>Subsection (a) shall not apply to—</text> 
<paragraph id="HFF27804E5B524C4A8AEDA4FC1667CEC6"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">a vessel that is owned, in whole or in part, by—</text> <subparagraph id="H8BCF2861D75145AA8E78464C62B9EF02"><enum>(A)</enum><text>a Russian national; or</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="HCEE1CA643A564CACA407E175225AF1DD"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the government of the Russian Federation; or</text></subparagraph></paragraph> <paragraph id="H9C38B67AEAFA4F6DB67BD0BC9168CAE4"><enum>(2)</enum><text>a Russian-flagged vessel. </text></paragraph></subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection> 
<subsection id="HD3E20E5FD1EC4DC9B89B16E9DBD71E42"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical amendment</header><text>The analysis for <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/46/551">chapter 551</external-xref> of title 46, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: </text> <quoted-block style="USC" id="HAA281FB5DA0146E59707E53183FAEFFE" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <toc regeneration="no-regeneration"> <toc-entry level="section">55124.
