<section id="H722F38EAFC314B4996E456377EAE7F1A" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Baltimore National Heritage Area Reauthorization Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H523FB1E50AC348AC915DC59D273A7DC9"><enum>2.</enum><header>Boundary modification and reauthorization of Baltimore National Heritage Area</header> <subsection id="H805252A19F114534A5527240A069AE3A"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Boundary modification</header> <paragraph id="H0C94576517C1496892A4FA4FFD661252"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Map</header><text>Section 8005(a)(4) of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/54/320101">54 U.S.C. 320101</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/111/11">Public Law 111–11</external-xref>; 123 Stat. 1247) is amended by striking <quote>entitled</quote> and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting <quote>entitled <quote>Baltimore National Heritage Area Proposed Boundary</quote>, numbered T10/179,623, and dated February 2022.</quote>.</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H3F7581A26A4F4387B6CC81F435567A50"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Boundaries</header><text>Section 8005(b)(2)(A) of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/54/320101">54 U.S.C. 320101</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/111/11">Public Law 111–11</external-xref>; 123 Stat. 1247) is amended by striking <quote>October 2001</quote> and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting <quote>July 2020.</quote>.</text></paragraph></subsection> <subsection id="H4F8B7BC9CF5748C1B0E1E782F7FB784B"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Reauthorization</header><text>Section 8005(i) of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/54/320101">54 U.S.C. 320101</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/111/11">Public Law 111–11</external-xref>; 123 Stat. 1253) is amended by striking <quote>the date that is 15 years after the date of enactment of this Act</quote> and inserting <quote>March 30, 2036</quote>.</text></subsection></section>
