Short title

This Act may be cited as the Ocean Shipping Antitrust Enforcement Act.

Repeal of antitrust exemptions

(a)

Repeal

Section 40307 of title 46, United States Code, is repealed.(b)

Clerical amendment

The item relating to section 40307 in the analysis for chapter 403 of title 46, United States Code, is repealed.(c)

Conforming amendment

Section 40301(e) of such title is amended by striking (except sections 40305 and 40307(a)) and inserting (except section 40305).
