<committee-name committee-id="HFA00">Committee on Foreign Affairs</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To require a review of sanctions with respect to Russian kleptocrats and human rights abusers.</official-title></form><legis-body id="H03820DCBDF3846369D84524592AD2DC6" style="OLC"><section id="H87D0EB63DA724E04B923B1CF42719C69" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Corruption, Overthrowing Rule of Law, and Ruining Ukraine: Putin’s Trifecta Act</short-title></quote> or <quote><short-title>CORRUPT Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="H60F0CA258D0843C7921546971FA16656"><enum>2.</enum><header>Review of sanctions with respect to Russian kleptocrats and human rights abusers</header><subsection id="HBB407F6E74CF4A7298D31E08ABE08BDB"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Determination with respect to imposition of sanctions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a determination, including a detailed justification, of whether any person listed in subsection (b) meets the criteria for the imposition of sanctions under provisions of law that authorize the imposition of sanctions relating to corruption or human rights violations. </text></subsection><subsection id="H80840269DA5646E4B417CCE4ABECEA00"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Persons listed</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The persons listed in this subsection, which include Russian persons and current and former Russian government officials, are the following: </text><paragraph id="H0507EA4AAF0840BCA8ADEAABCFC8891E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Roman Abramovich,
