Annual disclosure requirement

Section 102(a) of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App. 102(a)) is amended by adding at the end the following:(9)In the case of an individual occupying a position described under section 101(f) within the Tennessee Valley Authority, the total compensation (including annual rate of basic pay, bonuses, allowances, differentials, and benefits) for such position..
