1.

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Flint Registry Reauthorization Act.

Authorization of Appropriations for Lead Exposure Registry

Section 2203(d) of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (42 U.S.C. 300j–27(d)) is amended—(1)by redesignating paragraphs (1) and (2) as subparagraphs (A) and (B); (2)by striking There and inserting the following:(1)

Fiscal years 2017 through 2021

There; and(3)by adding at the end the following: (2)

Fiscal years 2023 through 2033

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out subsection (b) $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2033. .
