Prohibition relating to Climate Change Professionals Program and any other program, project, or activity relating to climate change of the Department of Homeland Security

The Secretary of Homeland Security may not obligate or expend any funds—(1)to carry out the Climate Change Professionals Program of the Department of Homeland Security;(2)to establish or maintain a program to train individuals relating to climate change; or(3)for any program, project, or activity relating to climate change.
