National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force

(a)

Designation

The National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force located at 175 Bourne Avenue, Pooler, Georgia (or any successor location), is designated as the official National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force of the United States (referred to in this section as the National Museum). (b)

Relation to national park system

The National Museum shall not be included as a unit of the National Park System. (c)

Rule of construction

This section shall not be construed to appropriate, or authorize the appropriation of, Federal funds for any purpose related to the National Museum.
