<section id="H02FE2A648BB145E8BD37757A21E32F7F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>St. Lawrence River and Great Lakes Waterways Protection Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H7CFC0E48E60B45A2803E31D9F48E7003" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Center of expertise for Great Lakes oil spill search and response</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 807(d) of the Frank LoBiondo Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2018 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/14/313">14 U.S.C. 313</external-xref> note(d)) is amended to read as follows:</text>

<subsection id="H90876B78245141079EF47E586FA9F112"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Definition</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section, the term <quote>Great Lakes</quote> means Lake Ontario, Lake Erie, Lake Huron (including Lake St. Clair), Lake Michigan, Lake Superior, and the connecting channels (Saint Mary’s River, Saint Clair River, Detroit River, Niagara River, and Saint Lawrence River to the Canadian border).</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </section> </legis-body></bill>
