<section id="H669B94C3FB2E4A57B535242BF86A5EE4" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Use of certain roads within the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 4(b) of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area Improvement Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/156">Public Law 109–156</external-xref>; 119 Stat. 2948) is amended in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking <quote>Until</quote> and all that follows through <quote>subsection (a)</quote> and inserting <quote>Until September 30, 2026, subsection (a)</quote>.</text></section> <section id="H61EF77385F9C404A87EE53D07D1F38B9"><enum>2.</enum><header>Determination of budgetary effects</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The budgetary effects of this Act, for the purpose of complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010, shall be determined by reference to the latest statement titled <quote>Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation</quote> for this Act, submitted for printing in the Congressional Record by the Chairman of the House Budget Committee, provided that such statement has been submitted prior to the vote on passage.</text></section>
