No vaccine mandate for U.S. Border Patrol, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or certain Department of the Interior officers and employees

No Federal funds may be used to—(1)administer a COVID–19 vaccine to—(A)any officer or employee of the U.S. Border Patrol or the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement; or(B)any officer or employee of the Department of the Interior or the Drug Enforcement Agency who is engaged in activities respecting the construction or maintenance of a border barrier along the souther border of the United States; or(2)require any such officer or employee to receive such a vaccine as a condition of employment.
