R. 6170</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20211207">December 7, 2021</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="V000133">Mr. Van Drew</sponsor> introduced the following bill; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HIF00">Committee on Energy and Commerce</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To prohibit any entity from imposing a mandate that individuals be vaccinated against COVID–19, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body id="H68424489B5BC49339022A7E8A0B2F3A3" style="OLC"><section id="HBB5ED493A1914CE593101B2FDFF2D397" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No COVID–19 Vaccination Mandate Act of 2021</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="H4B7FBCFAB8604BB08B2341D9439CD04D"><enum>2.</enum><header>No mandates for vaccination against COVID–19</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any Federal or State law, no institution or other entity, including any such Federal, State, local, Tribal, or private entity, may establish, implement, or enforce any mandate (including as a condition of employment, enrollment or attendance at school, or receipt of services) that any individual be vaccinated against SARS–Cov–2 or COVID–19.</text></section></legis-body></bill>
