Liability of COVID–19 vaccine manufacturers

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in applying section XII of the Declaration Under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act for Medical Countermeasures Against COVID–19 issued pursuant to section 319F–3(b)(2)(B) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 247d–6d(b)(2)(B)), with respect to manufacturers of COVID–19 vaccines, the reference to October 1, 2024, shall be deemed a reference to December 1, 2021.
