<section id="H2D33E7DB3B6741098D98624E89753584" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>PFAS Health Study Act of 2021</short-title></quote>. </text></section> <section id="HD8D1318448BF43408C99C8FFD5F54BA1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Extension of authority of Secretary of Defense to transfer funds for a certain study on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substance contamination in drinking water</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 316(a)(2)(B)(ii) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/115/91">Public Law 115–91</external-xref>; 131 Stat. 1350), as amended by section 315(a) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/115/232">Public Law 115–232</external-xref>; 132 Stat. 1713), section 321 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/116/92">Public Law 116–92</external-xref>; 133 Stat. 1307), and section 337 of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/116/283">Public Law 116–283</external-xref>), is further amended by striking <quote>fiscal years 2019, 2020, and 2021</quote> and inserting <quote>fiscal years 2019 through 2023</quote>.</text></section>
