Short title

This Act may be cited as the Our Veterans Earned It Act.

Prohibition of denial of a Federal benefit, to which an individual is entitled by reason of service as a member of the Armed Forces, solely on the basis of the refusal of such individual to receive a vaccination against COVID-19

No individual may be denied a Federal benefit, to which such individual is entitled by reason of service as a member of the Armed Forces, solely on the basis of the refusal of such individual to receive a vaccination against COVID-19.
