To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 
    1801 Town and Country Drive in Norco, California, as the ``Lance 
         Corporal Kareem Nikoui Memorial Post Office Building''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. LANCE CORPORAL KAREEM NIKOUI MEMORIAL POST OFFICE.
    (a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal Service 
located at 1801 Town and Country Drive in Norco, California, shall be 
known and designated as the ``Lance Corporal Kareem Nikoui Memorial 
Post Office Building''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to 
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Lance 
Corporal Kareem Nikoui Memorial Post Office Building''.
