Technical corrections to hazard mitigation revolving loan fund program

Section 205 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5135) is amended—(1)in subsection (d)—(A)in paragraph (2)—(i)by striking subparagraph (C);(ii)at the end of subparagraph (A), by adding and; and(iii)at the end of subparagraph (B), by striking ; and and inserting a period;(B)in paragraph (3)(D), by striking local governments, insular areas, and Indian tribal governments and inserting local governments and Tribal governments; and (C)by striking paragraph (4);(2)in subsection (f)—(A)in paragraph (4)—(i)by striking subparagraph (B); and(ii)by redesignating subparagraphs (C) through (D) as subparagraphs (B) through (C), respectively; and(B)in paragraph (5)—(i)in the paragraph heading, by striking

Eligible entity

The term eligible entity means a State or an Indian tribal government that has received a major disaster declaration pursuant to section 401.
