R. 5558</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20211012">October 12, 2021</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="D000628">Mr. Dunn</sponsor> (for himself and <cosponsor name-id="R000515">Mr. Rush</cosponsor>) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HIF00">Committee on Energy and Commerce</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize preventive health measures with respect to prostate cancer, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body id="H78A96E18FDCC452994939F6C6111A8FE" style="OLC"><section id="H8DDBA017119247FBAE8497D5F2C20351" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Prostate Cancer Prevention Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="H7B47F80A99CF4DAC9FC07C4F1DEA82AD"><enum>2.</enum><header>Reauthorization of preventive health measures with respect to prostate cancer</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 317D(l)(1) of the Public Health Service Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/247b-5">42 U.S.C. 247b–5(l)(1)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>$20,000,000 for fiscal year 1993, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1994 through 2004</quote> and inserting <quote>$14,205,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026</quote>.</text></section></legis-body></bill>
