Such investigation shall include an analysis of each of the following:</text><paragraph id="H7D7E7CD5059B47B9BE5165D36D5A223D"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The extent to which, and the reasons why, United States humvees, helicopters, artillery, and drones ended up in the possession of the Taliban.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H718A14AC786546789C5D961710478803"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The extent to which Afghan forces in possession of United States equipment entered Iran with such equipment.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="HDD0DA5B5A0F740B991EF678816E0A1BC"><enum>(3)</enum><text>The effectiveness of the evacuation of United States and allied personnel from Afghanistan.</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H7C0E0CB91579488EAC4E49F50A6090FA"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Report</header><text>Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Inspector General shall submit to Congress a report that includes the findings of the investigation conducted pursuant to subsection (a) and any recommendations of the Inspector General for legislative action.</text></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
