Russell National School Lunch Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1758">42 U.S.C. 1758(a)(2)</external-xref>) is amended by striking subparagraph (A) inserting the following:</text><quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H574CDA0E8885437B9A9DE05917BF1531" style="OLC"><subparagraph id="HACA35FA1B277452891F9FD3C68DD53D8"><enum>(A)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Lunches served by schools participating in the school lunch program under this Act—</text><clause id="H904CD9F75C2A46B4AB52B8CD252DB17A"><enum>(i)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">shall offer students a variety of fluid milk. Such milk shall be consistent with the most recent Dietary Guidelines for Americans published under section 301 of the National Nutrition Monitoring and Related Research Act of 1990 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/7/5341">7 U.S.C. 5341</external-xref>);</text></clause><clause id="H9D270039C4934A56AFAC598A7EC37E3F"><enum>(ii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">may offer students flavored and unflavored fluid milk, including low-fat flavored milk and lactose-free fluid milk; and</text></clause><clause id="H9C8992716BB74F1C91C0045190E017F5"><enum>(iii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">shall provide a substitute for fluid milk for students whose disability restricts their diet, on receipt of a written statement from a licensed physician that identifies the disability that restricts the student’s diet and that specifies the substitute for fluid milk.</text></clause></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section></legis-body></bill>
