AFURTHER ADDITIONAL CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2023101.The Continuing Appropriations Act, 2023 (division A of Public Law 117–180) is amended by striking the date specified in section 106(3) and inserting December 30, 2022
.This division may be cited as the Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2023

B<enum>I</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">EXTENSIONS</header><section id="id9C463A97C06341C5983EA47001CEFA3D" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>101.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Extension of FCC Auction authority</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 309(j)(11) of the Communications Act of 1934 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/47/309">47 U.S.C. 309(j)(11)</external-xref>) shall be applied by substituting <quote>December 30, 2022</quote> for <quote>December 23, 2022</quote>.</text></section><section id="id6E51E2535C66470FAA7C60704D4CF3E4" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>102.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Extension of Authorization for Special Assessment for Domestic Trafficking Victims’ Fund</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3014(a) of title 18, United States Code, shall be applied, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by substituting <quote>December 30, 2022</quote> for <quote>December 23, 2022</quote>.</text></section><section id="idC468CCAC825B4B81849F8F35C9762AB4" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>103.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">United States Parole Commission Extension</header><subsection id="idD9D0C98751774F398C31E0A2E49AD540" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Short title</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">This section may be cited as the <quote>United States Parole Commission Further Additional Extension Act of 2022</quote>.</text></subsection><subsection id="id15f254a43608489fb805db9833eed43c" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Amendment of sentencing reform act of 1984</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">For purposes of section 235(b) of the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/3551">18 U.S.C. 3551</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/98/473">Public Law 98–473</external-xref>; 98 Stat. 2032), as such section relates to <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/18/311">chapter 311</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, and the United States Parole Commission, each reference in such section to <quote>35 years and 46 days</quote> or <quote>35-year and 46-day period</quote> shall be applied as if it were a reference to <quote>35 years and 60 days</quote> or <quote>35-year and 60-day period</quote>, respectively.</text></subsection><subsection id="idd5199f1688ad4d8dad1b72f269afb111" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(c)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Effective date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection (b) shall take effect as though enacted as part of the Further Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2023.</text></subsection><subsection id="id01dc44deb1454970945442858e3aadf0" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(d)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Superseded provision</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 103 of division B of the Further Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2023 shall have no force or effect. </text></subsection></section><section id="id9DF30F2F69504328BB76C308941C02D8" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>104.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Extension of Commodity Futures Trading Commission Customer Protection Fund Expenses Account</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1(b) of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/117/25">Public Law 117–25</external-xref> (135 Stat. 297) shall be applied by substituting <quote>December 30, 2022</quote> for <quote>December 23, 2022</quote> each place it appears.</text></section><section id="id5C59CC8F0DA14AE4808123910C9948C3" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>105.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Extension of Moratorium</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 424(a) of title IV of division G of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/113/76">Public Law 113–76</external-xref> shall be applied by substituting <quote>December 31, 2022</quote> for <quote>December 24, 2022</quote>. </text></section><enum>II</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">BUDGETARY EFFECTS</header><section id="id4B4E300EA0694217B69C2D68D1A7EC6A" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>201.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Budgetary effects</header><subsection id="id9AB9D63DC2A8407EB1009C5A51FD183B" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Statutory PAYGO scorecards</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The budgetary effects of this division shall not be entered on either PAYGO scorecard maintained pursuant to section 4(d) of the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010. </text></subsection><subsection id="id14552917F965442B8F5ACFA1ABE334B8" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Senate PAYGO Scorecards</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The budgetary effects of this division shall not be entered on any PAYGO scorecard maintained for purposes of section 4106 of H. Con. Res. 71 (115th Congress).</text></subsection><subsection id="idfe81d213e8494c2591bdff3ed58b3a52" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(c)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Classification of budgetary effects</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding Rule 3 of the Budget Scorekeeping Guidelines set forth in the joint explanatory statement of the committee of conference accompanying Conference Report 105–217 and section 250(c)(8) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, the budgetary effects of this division shall not be estimated—</text><paragraph id="idbfdd88f2362d4ac7ac4a302a2671986f" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">for purposes of section 251 of such Act;</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id83d8fe1fbdf248eb937cec36f2a4acbb" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">for purposes of an allocation to the Committee on Appropriations pursuant to section 302(a) of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id4dcd11e650e847a69091ae30988f276e" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">for purposes of paragraph (4)(C) of section 3 of the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010 as being included in an appropriation Act.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>Secretary
