Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/5170">42 U.S.C. 5170</external-xref>), shall be exempt from the provisions of section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/78p">15 U.S.C. 78p</external-xref>).</text></section></legis-body></bill>
