R. 3132</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20210512">May 12, 2021</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="A000369">Mr. Amodei</sponsor> (for himself, <cosponsor name-id="G000559">Mr. Garamendi</cosponsor>, <cosponsor name-id="T000468">Ms. Titus</cosponsor>, <cosponsor name-id="L000590">Mrs. Lee of Nevada</cosponsor>, and <cosponsor name-id="H001066">Mr. Horsford</cosponsor>) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HII00">Committee on Natural Resources</committee-name>, and in addition to the Committees on <committee-name committee-id="HPW00">Transportation and Infrastructure</committee-name>, and <committee-name committee-id="HAG00">Agriculture</committee-name>, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned</action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To reauthorize the Lake Tahoe Restoration Act, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body id="HD7186F263B9049F1B8A3FF4FE236732B" style="OLC"><section id="HD5D47257306E4B13BC501103D146A779" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Lake Tahoe Restoration Reauthorization Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="H8288BE1812E947BDB7E9817C52DBC7D4"><enum>2.</enum><header>Reauthorization of the Lake Tahoe Restoration Act</header><subsection id="HB07A9561EEED49728AE8406812080182"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Cooperative authorities</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 4(f) of the Lake Tahoe Restoration Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/106/506">Public Law 106–506</external-xref>; 114 Stat. 2353; 130 Stat. 1783) is amended by striking <quote>4 fiscal years following the date of enactment of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016</quote> and inserting <quote>period beginning on the date of enactment of this subsection and ending on the date described in section 10(a)</quote>.</text></subsection><subsection id="H3CDCCBCEA79F4141B2AD71EF8B814330"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Authorization of appropriations</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 10(a) of the Lake Tahoe Restoration Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/106/506">Public Law 106–506</external-xref>; 114 Stat. 2357; 130 Stat. 1789) is amended by striking <quote>for a period</quote> and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting <quote>, to remain available until September 30, 2034.</quote>.</text></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
