R. 2445</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20210412">April 12, 2021</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="G000596">Mrs. Greene of Georgia</sponsor> (for herself, <cosponsor name-id="D000615">Mr. Duncan</cosponsor>, <cosponsor name-id="S001214">Mr. Steube</cosponsor>, and <cosponsor name-id="H001084">Ms. Herrell</cosponsor>) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HFA00">Committee on Foreign Affairs</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To prohibit assistance to the West Bank and Gaza that directly benefits the Palestinian Authority, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body id="H2A1C3C09BEDB4706BCE4C8B3B6E57E37" style="OLC"><section id="H66A0EC2232B1450F8150D9F116F2180F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Funding for Terrorists Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section><section id="H8A40BD70B1364993A49D21B2F748446A"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition on assistance to the West Bank and Gaza that directly benefits the Palestinian Authority</header><subsection id="H1F60C4ED292841BDBE62E675BA741E65"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">None of the funds authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2021 and available for obligation as of the date of the enactment of this Act, or authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available for 2022 or any fiscal year thereafter, for assistance under chapter 4 of part II of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/2346">22 U.S.C. 2346</external-xref> et seq.; relating to Economic Support Fund) may be obligated or expended for assistance for the West Bank and Gaza that directly benefits the Palestinian Authority.</text></subsection><subsection id="HADBAECA48C2142B6A8FC5D371361751C"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Repeal</header><text>Section 1004 of the Taylor Force Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/2378c-1">22 U.S.C. 2378c–1</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/115/141">Public Law 115–141</external-xref>) is repealed.</text></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
