<section id="HBBD09848DCCB4A55B45B1F754E55AE22" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Gold Star Mothers Family Monument Extension Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section> <section id="H099EF9A9C2F04482A17110E7D8A417BC"><enum>2.</enum><header>Extension of authority for establishment of commemorative work</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding section 8903(e) of title 40, United Sates Code, the authority provided by section 2859 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (division B of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/112/239">Public Law 112–239</external-xref>; 126 Stat. 2164; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/40/8903">40 U.S.C. 8903</external-xref> note) shall continue to apply through January 2, 2027.</text></section> 
<section id="HB8712563C3824ED4B23E0331AED88199"><enum>3.</enum><header>Determination of budgetary effects</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The budgetary effects of this Act, for the purpose of complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010, shall be determined by reference to the latest statement titled <quote>Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation</quote> for this Act, submitted for printing in the Congressional Record by the Chairman of the House Budget Committee, provided that such statement has been submitted prior to the vote on passage.</text></section> </legis-body> <attestation><attestation-group><attestation-date date="20210726" chamber="House">Passed the House of Representatives July 26, 2021.</attestation-date><attestor display="no">Cheryl L.
