R. 2300</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20210401">April 1, 2021</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="C001104">Mr. Cawthorn</sponsor> introduced the following bill; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HGO00">Committee on Oversight and Reform</committee-name>, and in addition to the Committees on <committee-name committee-id="HJU00">the Judiciary</committee-name>, <committee-name committee-id="HFA00">Foreign Affairs</committee-name>, <committee-name committee-id="HAS00">Armed Services</committee-name>, and <committee-name committee-id="HHM00">Homeland Security</committee-name>, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned</action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To terminate certain executive actions, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body id="HF4FC68622D864680BF4E0BB04FC65768" style="OLC"><section id="H0B9F35F41B7343949D5E3AB14E29D8C7" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Termination of certain executive actions</header><subsection id="H55BC21322DA0451FB27013C772154494"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Termination</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The following shall be void beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act:</text><paragraph id="H3ADB9ADA869B46D385BB95BE35E57222"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Executive Orders 13986 and 13993.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H5CB419BC4D5D49638C54C99CE8850F62"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Presidential Proclamation 10142.</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HC2E5C30078A54DCAB1C41F8E1D8A91CF"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effect</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">All actions taken pursuant to any proclamation or Executive order terminated under subsection (a) shall cease on the date of the enactment of this Act. </text></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
