<section id="H8992B3EA5BF04C75887CA118F771A96E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Mask Mandate for Kids Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HBB13F98A77284990BFE2C651A2196E3B" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition on mask requirement on certain domestic modes of transportation</header> <subsection id="HBAD802759815499C92DF8FEE7161AE2C"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Findings</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Congress finds the following:</text> 
<paragraph id="H9F4B6FD948494F119560E96FF039B5CF"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">There has been no reasonable scientific backing to support the Federal requirement that children wear masks. </text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H867E9E42716F437FA81BE44D42FD37D5"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any directives regarding the wearing of masks should be decided by industries, States, and localities. </text></paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="H4D6605A88E7F423BA9E3A314D2114412"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Restriction</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Labor, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Secretary of Transportation (including through the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration), the Secretary of Homeland Security (including through the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration and the Commandant of the United States Coast Guard), and the heads of any other executive departments and agencies that have relevant regulatory authority may not impose any requirement for masks to be worn in or on—</text> <paragraph id="HA8687951510440719D92C03846CE2AEE"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">airports;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HE68F45AF95204298BD7DF976420F1912"><enum>(2)</enum><text>commercial aircraft;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H4237D931AC3D472F845257E7BF86C1AE"><enum>(3)</enum><text>trains;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HAC18998226434AFF90CCC4F2D6C7E2D5"><enum>(4)</enum><text>public maritime vessels, including ferries;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H2D8EB40EE697429FB1B73DBEEFB3E705"><enum>(5)</enum><text>intercity bus services; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HD1CB163DA64241CEB9A0DBB31D780362"><enum>(6)</enum><text>all forms of public transportation (as such term is defined in section 5302 of title 49, United States Code). </text> </paragraph></subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
