<section id="H93E8AA068DEC478FB3BD79F1DF7972F4" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Proudly Eliminating Liberal Objective Spending Items Rescissions Act of 2021</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>PELOSI Rescissions Act of 2021</short-title></quote>.</text> </section> <section id="H4A22BE7B1AF046D0BCBD9151EB095111"><enum>2.</enum><header>Rescissions of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 funds</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">There are hereby rescinded, from amounts appropriated by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/117/2">Public Law 117–2</external-xref>) or an amendment made by that Act (as the case may be), the following unobligated funds from the following accounts and programs in the specified amounts:</text>
