<committee-name committee-id="HFA00">Foreign Affairs</committee-name>, <committee-name committee-id="HAS00">Armed Services</committee-name>, <committee-name committee-id="HIG00">Intelligence (Permanent Select)</committee-name>, <committee-name committee-id="HIF00">Energy and Commerce</committee-name>, <committee-name committee-id="HWM00">Ways and Means</committee-name>, and <committee-name committee-id="HHM00">Homeland Security</committee-name>, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned</action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To provide that no Federal funds may be used to enforce certain executive actions related to immigration, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body id="H7F394C5E345445EB987D82F7CB32495A" style="OLC"><section id="HA8AFB49D4AE24D75BE7DD0E5AA3667F9" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Amnesty Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section><section id="HDCDC531FFE2949F7881765C4D05C08CD"><enum>2.</enum><header>Ending amnesty policies</header><subsection id="H6913BA93079A4687AF1E170361217F50"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">No funds, resources, or fees made available to the Secretary of Homeland Security, or to any other official of a Federal agency, including any deposits into the <quote>Immigration Examinations Fee Account</quote> established under section 286(m) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1356">8 U.S.C. 1356(m)</external-xref>), may be used to implement, administer, enforce, or carry out (including through the issuance of any regulations), any of the following:</text><paragraph id="H62D40521349D4CE4AC00464729811D64"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The memorandum from the Acting Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement entitled <quote>Interim Guidance: Civil Immigration Enforcement and Removal Priorities</quote> dated February 18, 2021.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H6BDF2DDA9F3C456F8845C5AF2F7BF170"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The executive order from the President entitled <quote>Rebuilding and Enhancing Programs to Resettle Refugees and Planning for the Impact of Climate Change on Migration</quote> dated February 9, 2021.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="HDADBC87B2623401ABAB6E487028B7986"><enum>(3)</enum><text>The executive order from the President entitled <quote>Creating a Comprehensive Regional Framework to Address the Causes of Immigration, to Manage Migration Throughout North and Central America, and to Provide Safe and Orderly Processing of Asylum Seekers at the United States Border</quote> dated February 5, 2021.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="HD99E333CC19F405885C388378D3520C4"><enum>(4)</enum><text>The executive order from the President entitled <quote>Revision of Civil Immigration substantially similar to a policy in a memorandum or executive order described in any of paragraphs (1) through (15).</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HE0A8BBDD6F8541F287FF8C7DA492B201"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Memoranda to have no force or effect</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The memoranda and executive orders described in paragraphs (1) through (16) of subsection (a) shall have no force or effect. </text></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
