Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act for a certain time frame during fiscal year 2020.</official-title></form><legis-body id="H2F50E8715E0F487AA8470E38D7AFC6BC" style="OLC"><section id="H971EB8C66A814256ADC55482E226CA98" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Increase Federal Disaster Cost Share Act of 2021</short-title></quote>. </text></section><section id="H67C0A0914DC54C298F845289BE8BACA3"><enum>2.</enum><header>Increase of federal share</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding sections 403(b), 403(c)(4), 404(a), 406(b), 408(d), 408(g)(2), 428(e)(2)(B), and 503(a) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act 10 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/5121">42 U.S.C. 5121</external-xref> et seq.), for any emergency or major disaster declared by the President under such Act during the period beginning on January 1, 2020, and ending on December 31, 2020, the Federal share of assistance provided under such sections shall be not less than 90 percent of the eligible cost of such assistance.</text></section></legis-body></bill>
