Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act.</official-title></form><legis-body id="HC731FE8F44314E7690195C6FADD0D584" style="OLC"><section id="HA52D1DD1DF37477E9ED464CAFB509504" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Crisis Counseling Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section><section id="H571E60CAEFD14A948104BC8656F180A0"><enum>2.</enum><header>Crisis counseling assistance and training</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">After the President declares a major disaster under section 401 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Assistance and Emergency Response Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/5170b">42 U.S.C. 5170b</external-xref>), any request made by a State, local, or Indian tribal government affected by such disaster shall receive immediate approval for services and assistance provided under section 416 of such Act. </text></section></legis-body></bill>
