<whereas><text>Whereas the Energy Information Administration finds that Pennsylvania—</text> <paragraph id="HF5E9BD96205B4C6DBEE69B1527599EC0"><enum>(1)</enum><text>is the second largest producer of natural gas in the United States; </text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H079E63BEB6C642C2A0DFEFF608C734DC"><enum>(2)</enum><text>has the most underground gas storage sites in the Nation, at 49 sites; </text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H7598A95D920849B9BA387ED25DDA2D27"><enum>(3)</enum><text>is the third largest net exporter of natural gas to other States;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H67D715AC60A54990BA58027270293E25"><enum>(4)</enum><text>is the third largest coal-producing State in the Nation;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H921A69E14F584219A64E2DDEFA0DF6C8"><enum>(5)</enum><text>is the second largest exporter of coal to foreign markets;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HE5D89798C0D64C6294CBD5BD2CC96220"><enum>(6)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">is ranked third in total electricity generation;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HCCABED199D5740E2B63B096C15EB2954"><enum>(7)</enum><text>is ranked second in nuclear power electricity generation;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HBF5D8CB046E348DF9BD13480F7815269"><enum>(8)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">is the largest net exporter of electricity to other States;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H59072B032DB24119947BBA725EA84856"><enum>(9)</enum><text>is the third largest net supplier of total energy to other States; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HE2411484C9E7480AA51DC8A62DB839DB"><enum>(10)</enum><text>is home to the site of the first commercial oil well and has a robust history of providing energy to people in the United States: Now, therefore, be it</text></paragraph></whereas></preamble><resolution-body style="traditional" id="HFFEDD093375F44B7BE15DBF3E8A29232"> <section display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section" id="H955B92B7A84943CF9004E62DA37FC6C6"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That it is the sense of Congress that the President of the United States should consider the potential impacts to the workforce, economy, and energy security of Pennsylvania and the greater national energy industry when pursuing domestic and international energy policy, including the purchase of energy resources from foreign adversaries, the approval of pipelines, and the consideration of permits for energy and minerals development.</text></section>
