RES. 61</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20211112">November 12, 2021</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="B001305">Mr. Budd</sponsor> (for himself, <cosponsor name-id="M001210">Mr. Murphy of North Carolina</cosponsor>, <cosponsor name-id="H001067">Mr. Hudson</cosponsor>, <cosponsor name-id="B001311">Mr. Bishop of North Carolina</cosponsor>, <cosponsor name-id="R000603">Mr. Rouzer</cosponsor>, and <cosponsor name-id="C001104">Mr. Cawthorn</cosponsor>) submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HHA00">Committee on House Administration</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>CONCURRENT RESOLUTION</legis-type><official-title display="yes">Establishing deadlines for the Joint Committee of Congress on the Library to approve or deny the statue of the Reverend William Franklin <quote>Billy</quote> Graham, Jr., for placement in the National Statuary Hall.</official-title></form><resolution-body style="OLC" id="H978BD25322354B1786801B72BC6A33E4"><section display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section" id="HF6B661B9C53C4ECE97ED790DE561BFBD"><text>That the Joint Committee of Congress on the Library shall approve or deny—</text><paragraph id="HF6E54C3BD1BF4C058BFE5B88A1FFDB1F"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the full-sized clay model and pedestal design of a statue of the Reverend William Franklin <quote>Billy</quote> Graham, Jr., not later than 30 days after the State of North Carolina submits photographs of the model from all four sides, the dimensions of the statue and pedestal, engineering drawings of the pedestal, the anticipated weight of the completed statue and pedestal, and the text of any proposed inscriptions to the Architect of the Capitol; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H1129534857854A6BA6A8A56F228B93C7"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the completed statue of the Reverend William Franklin <quote>Billy</quote> Graham, Jr., not later than 30 days after the State of North Carolina submits photographs of the completed statue and pedestal from all four sides, the dimensions of the statue and pedestal, the final weight of the statue and pedestal, and the text of any inscriptions to the Architect of the Capitol.</text></paragraph></section></resolution-body></resolution>
