That the Joint Committee of Congress on the Library shall approve or deny—(1)the full-sized clay model and pedestal design of a statue of the Reverend William Franklin Billy Graham, Jr., not later than 30 days after the State of North Carolina submits photographs of the model from all four sides, the dimensions of the statue and pedestal, engineering drawings of the pedestal, the anticipated weight of the completed statue and pedestal, and the text of any proposed inscriptions to the Architect of the Capitol; and(2)the completed statue of the Reverend William Franklin Billy Graham, Jr., not later than 30 days after the State of North Carolina submits photographs of the completed statue and pedestal from all four sides, the dimensions of the statue and pedestal, the final weight of the statue and pedestal, and the text of any inscriptions to the Architect of the Capitol.
