		<official-title>To amend the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act for purposes of making claims under such Act based
			 on exposure to atmospheric nuclear testing, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Downwinders Compensation Act of 2019</short-title></quote>.</text>
 </section><section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H0B4E0D6D579D41F6BEF119626A577AD1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Inclusion under the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 4(b)(1) of the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/2210">42 U.S.C. 2210</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/101/426">Public Law 101–426</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
 <paragraph id="HF778B1F4B4B448E58A5324980EFF31F8"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subparagraph (B)—</text> <subparagraph id="H5747EE237EA942FF8BC647D86B750DAA"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>that portion of</quote>; and</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="HC0A3435AD5454B279739C4E3A4B2AF7D"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by striking <quote>that consists of townships 13 through 16 at ranges 63 through 71</quote>; and</text> </subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H0B3EEB4FA4A64CD1BF8BB4C6D738BE5D"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subparagraph (C), by inserting <quote>all acreage in any county all or part of which is located in</quote> before <quote>that part</quote>.</text>
