 <section changed="deleted" committee-id="SSEG00" id="id4BCC5D4ED736451394FE2460A6870FEB" reported-display-style="strikethrough" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Wounded Veterans Recreation Act </short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section changed="deleted" committee-id="SSEG00" id="id82B8F6C3FEEF45FEBDFD77567B615C37" reported-display-style="strikethrough"><enum>2.</enum><header>National recreational passes for disabled veterans</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 805(b) of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/6804">16 U.S.C. 6804(b)</external-xref>) is amended by striking paragraph (2) and inserting the following:</text>

 <paragraph id="id0F30B926C01E4CBBA58060F14AA26669"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Disability discount</header><text>The Secretary shall make the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass available, without charge and for the lifetime of the passholder, to the following:</text>
 <subparagraph id="idCC64E61A85BC484FA6B64B2087C599C7"><enum>(A)</enum><text>Any United States citizen or person domiciled in the United States who has been medically determined to be permanently disabled for purposes of section 7(20)(A)(i) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/29/705">29 U.S.C. 705(20)(A)(i)</external-xref>), if the citizen or person provides adequate proof of the disability and such citizenship or residency.</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="idad379f5413ac4ae493631c42c8e08370"><enum>(B)</enum><text>Any veteran who has been found to have a compensable or noncompensable service-connected disability under title 38, United States Code.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section></legis-body>

 <subparagraph id="idb88fc5f0-2470-4264-b44e-c33f397fd5d5"><enum>(A)</enum><text>Any United States citizen or person domiciled in the United States who has been medically determined to be permanently disabled, within the meaning of the term <quote>disability</quote> under section 3 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/12102">42 U.S.C. 12102</external-xref>), if the citizen or person provides adequate proof of the disability and such citizenship or residency.</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="id3312b9bf-2a85-4b23-a4fa-0402c882c097"><enum>(B)</enum><text>Any veteran who has been found to have a service-connected disability under title 38, United States Code.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section></legis-body><endorsement><action-date>December 17, 2019</action-date><action-desc>Reported with an amendment</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
