 Recreational Pass for any veteran with a service-connected disability.</official-title></form><legis-body display-enacting-clause="yes-display-enacting-clause" style="OLC"><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id7f2b5b07-022c-4966-a2c3-bb19d34532e3" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Wounded Veterans Recreation Act </short-title></quote>.</text></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id70e51f87-53ed-43ba-bd31-cf342c439560" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">National recreational passes for disabled veterans</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 805(b) of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/6804">16 U.S.C. 6804(b)</external-xref>) is amended by striking paragraph (2) and inserting the following:</text><quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id9d6680d0-cf25-4b80-bac5-c288f638dc40" style="OLC"><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id11189069-0c74-40ef-af0d-1f5ec8a1d6da"><enum>(2)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Disability discount</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary shall make the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass available, without charge and for the lifetime of the passholder, to the following:</text><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idb88fc5f0-2470-4264-b44e-c33f397fd5d5"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any United States citizen or person domiciled in the United States who has been medically determined to be permanently disabled, within the meaning of the term <quote>disability</quote> under section 3 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/12102">42 U.S.C. 12102</external-xref>), if the citizen or person provides adequate proof of the disability and such citizenship or residency.</text></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id3312b9bf-2a85-4b23-a4fa-0402c882c097"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any veteran who has been found to have a service-connected disability under title 38, United States Code.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section></legis-body><attestation><attestation-group><attestation-date date="20200622" chamber="Senate">Passed the Senate June 22, 2020.</attestation-date><attestor display="no"></attestor><role>Secretary</role></attestation-group></attestation><endorsement display="yes"></endorsement></bill>
