<officialTitle class="centered fontsize8" style="-uslm-lc:I665511">To amend the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to provide for a lifetime National Recreational Pass for any veteran with a service-connected disability.<?GPOvSpace 08?></officialTitle>

<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</enactingFormula>
<section id="d25440e62" identifier="/us/bill/116/s/327/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I650146"><num value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Wounded Veterans Recreation Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d25440e72" identifier="/us/bill/116/s/327/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I650141"><num value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>NATIONAL RECREATIONAL PASSES FOR DISABLED VETERANS.</heading><content class="indentUp0 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  Section 805(b) of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t16/s6804/b">16 U.S.C. 6804(b)</ref>) <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction> by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> paragraph (2) and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> the following:<quotedContent><paragraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650122"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">“(2) </num><heading><inline class="smallCaps">Disability discount</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The Secretary shall make the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass available, without charge and for the lifetime of the passholder, to the following:</chapeau><subparagraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I650124"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">“(A) </num><content>Any United States citizen or person domiciled in the United States who has been medically determined to be permanently disabled, within the meaning of the term ‘<term>disability</term>’ under section 3 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (<ref href="/us/usc/t42/s12102">42 U.S.C. 12102</ref>), if the citizen or person provides adequate proof of the disability and such citizenship or residency.</content></subparagraph><subparagraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650124"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">“(B) </num><content>Any veteran who has been found to have a service-connected disability under <ref href="/us/usc/t38">title 38, United States Code</ref>.”</content></subparagraph></paragraph></quotedContent>.</content></section>
