 <section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Small Business Fraud Protection Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id143E9479A94144879E2603231FCF3B88"><enum>2.</enum><header>Application of the Electronic Fund Transfer Act to small business concerns</header>
 <subsection id="id602196BA55D3466CB560182997F2128E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Section 909 of the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/1693g">15 U.S.C. 1693g</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id2B03273547CE4AD6931A8AFD74C279D3" style="OLC">
 <subsection id="id0F4BDA2955684A8FB971061632275665"><enum>(f)</enum><text>For purposes of this section, the term <term>consumer</term> shall include a small business concern, as defined in section 3(a) of the Small Business Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/632">15 U.S.C. 632(a)</external-xref>).</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
 </subsection><subsection id="idB9680AD449C24B669C13E844E3F84A3D"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Regulations</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection shall amend 1005.6 of title 12, Code of Federal Regulations, to carry out the amendment made by subsection (a).</text></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
