		<section id="idA2E7682BD47B4C75865313B268568315" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Limitation of Secretary of Homeland Security’s waiver authority</header>
 <subsection id="id9D387144ACC64DC9B754C2745F2B85CF"><enum>(a)</enum><header>REAL ID Act of 2005</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 102 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1103">8 U.S.C. 1103</external-xref> note) is amended by striking subsection (c).</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="id5C70A73954CE467585F6207BFDB0ABC1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Other waiver authority</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Homeland Security may not waive any provision of Federal law to facilitate the construction of any type of barrier along the border of the United States.</text>
