<section id="HE047083D784B4C06B8A3CE2F3C4269F7" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Termination of EB–5 program</header> 
<subsection id="HCABF082A03AA450386B586C4ED3818F3"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Repeal of provisions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Effective on the date of the enactment of this Act, the following provisions are repealed:</text> <paragraph id="H8CC5EF5828D744BB9A07A813575A91DE"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 203(b)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1153">8 U.S.C. 1153(b)(5)</external-xref>).</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HF773AB7B6F0742E8825C4C7620EA4F28"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 204(a)(1)(H) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1154">8 U.S.C. 1154(a)(1)(H)</external-xref>).</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H5160EF8D55CA401D9A3FD400E4A3A182"><enum>(3)</enum><text>Section 216A of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1186b">8 U.S.C. 1186b</external-xref>).</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H545D45B348C14D75A3946EED6E1BB1FB"><enum>(4)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 610 of the Departments of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1993 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1153">8 U.S.C. 1153</external-xref> note).</text></paragraph></subsection> <subsection id="H5697F444D91A42318DE1FED7BA01D7B1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Applicability</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security—</text> 
<paragraph id="H2CA60742DB2749429FAB0FE2F842AD03"><enum>(1)</enum><text>shall cease to accept petitions and applications under any authority repealed under subsection (a); and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H961205E5924540AA979CD7419FA260C3"><enum>(2)</enum><text>shall dismiss all pending petitions and applications described in paragraph (1).</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
