 <section id="H21D8D51BDC7545E9AC77D40BBF072279" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Federal employees and National Urban Search and Rescue Response System task forces</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 327 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/5165f">42 U.S.C. 5165f</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HA4BCF5D037234F908B7DF49CAC08E113" style="OLC">
 <subsection id="H5DCE8917AEDE44C68D37A44B6E4A3639"><enum>(p)</enum><header>Federal employees</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Nothing in this section shall be construed to mean that a task force may not include Federal employees. In the case of a Federal employee detailed to a task force, the sponsoring agency shall enter into an agreement with the relevant employing Federal agency.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
